Identity Statement

 

The Multi-Culti project exists to offer its members the opportunity to learn from, network with and support other internationally trained mental health professionals in their journey to integrate into the Canadian mental health job marketplace.

 

Vision Statement

The Multi-Culti project envisions a society in which internationally trained mental health professionals from diverse cultural backgrounds participate fully in the Canadian mental health system. We will lead an integrative movement that brings together immigrant mental health professional who work together to face systemic barriers hindering integration and reach social equality.

Mission Statement

The Multi-Culti project's mission is to facilitate integration of internationally trained mental health professionals through referral services and community networking, carried out within an anti-oppression framework.
